1. Who I am

2. Services
Printing and publishing preparation services as described on this website. Every project is confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fixed packages are described on the pricing page.
4. Customer-supplied content
You are responsible for the accuracy, ownership and legality of all text, images, logos and other content you supply. See the Artwork and Copyright Policy.
5. Proofing and approval
Where proofs are provided you are responsible for reviewing them. Production proceeds only after your written approval. Errors approved by you may not qualify for free rework.
6. Colour, paper and print tolerances
Reasonable variation in colour, paper and finish is normal in printing and does not constitute a defect.
7. Quantities and page counts
Package prices cover the preparation work described. Physical print quantities, additional pages and specialist materials are quoted separately.
8. Delivery and collection
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. See the Delivery Policy.
9. Additional work and revisions
Each package includes the revision allowance stated. Additional revisions or work outside scope may be charged separately.
10. Payment
Package payments are processed via Stripe Checkout. Additional invoices are payable on the terms stated.
11. Cancellation and refunds
See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Work already completed and approved custom production may not be refundable.
12. Third-party suppliers
Where third-party print or delivery providers are used, their terms may also apply to that element of the work.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability in respect of any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. I do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
14. Force majeure
I am not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond my reasonable control.
15. Complaints
Please raise concerns first with me directly. See the Complaints Procedure.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and applicable United Kingdom law, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction.
