Complaints Procedure

Last updated: 29 July 2026

The legal content on this page has been drafted for a Glasgow-based independent sole trader. It should be reviewed against actual operating procedures before publication and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.

How to raise a concern

Please email orders@oaklineprintpress.co.uk with your order details and a description of the concern. I aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days.

Investigation

I will review the order, proofs, communications and any evidence you provide, and respond with a proposed resolution.

Resolution

Where a production error attributable to my service is confirmed, I will correct it, arrange a reprint or issue a proportionate refund.

Further steps

If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek independent advice from Citizens Advice or, where applicable, a relevant trade or dispute-resolution scheme.

Printing and publishing services are provided according to agreed specifications, proof approval and production requirements.
