Customer ownership
You must own or have appropriate permission to use every text, image, logo, font and other item you supply.
Refusal of prohibited material
I may decline to reproduce material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or otherwise prohibited.
Third-party licences
Where licensed images, fonts or illustrations are used, their original licence continues to apply.
Design ownership
Final approved artwork ownership depends on the agreed service and full payment. Unused concepts and working files remain with Oakline Print & Press unless otherwise agreed.
Responsibility
Customer-supplied files remain the customer's responsibility for accuracy and rights clearance.
